Tracey Nicole Liebman, MD

Tracey Liebman, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist practicing general dermatology, providing comprehensive care for a wide range of skin conditions. She has particular expertise in the diagnosis and early detection of melanoma and other skin cancers.

Before joining Scarsdale Medical Group/White Plains Hospital Physician Associates, Dr. Liebman was a full-time faculty member at NYU Langone Health for a decade, where she served as an Associate Professor of Dermatology at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and Director of the Pigmented Lesion Clinic.

Dr. Liebman received her bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. She earned her medical degree from NYU School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at NYU, followed by her residency in Dermatology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.

An accomplished clinician, educator, and researcher, Dr. Liebman has extensive expertise in dermoscopy, a noninvasive technique used to examine skin lesions and aid in the early detection of melanoma and other skin cancers. She has helped develop national standards for dermoscopy education, lectured extensively on melanoma and skin cancer detection, and authored numerous peer-reviewed publications.
