Pawel Charubin, NP, ANP

Pawel Charubin, NP-C, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner specializing in hepatology and the care of patients with chronic and advanced liver disease. He has extensive experience evaluating and managing conditions including cirrhosis, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), viral hepatitis and complications of portal hypertension.

Before joining White Plains Hospital Physician Associates, Mr. Charubin served as a Senior Liver Transplant Coordinator and Advanced Practice Provider at Montefiore Medical Center, where he cared for patients throughout the liver transplant process, including evaluation, waitlist management and post-transplant follow-up. He collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams across hepatology, transplant surgery, oncology, cardiology and interventional radiology to coordinate comprehensive care for patients with complex liver disease.

Mr. Charubin earned his Master of Science as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from the City University of New York College of Staten Island and completed clinical training in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
